eZ Publish Basic Course

The duration of the course is 4 days. The following topics are covered:

• Installation of eZ Publish and required software

• INI settings
• Content module
• Datatypes and classes (principles and setup)
• Attributes and objects (principles and setup)
• Nodes, tree structure and nice URLs
• Caching (principles and setup)
• Policies and roles (principles and setup)
• Template language
• Workflows (principles and setup)
• Cronjobs (priniciples and setup)

eZ Publish Advanced Course

The duration of the course is 4 days. The following topics are covered:

• Custom extensions
• Implementing customer projects as extensions
• Custom modules
• Custom template operators
• Custom datatypes
• Custom fetch functions
• Custom workflow events
• Custom cronjobs and scripts

Courses can take place at our facilities or we can come to your company's residence. In the latter case you need to provide a suitable computer room with installed eZ Publish and suitable development environment (we help you with a list of software to be installed), a data projector and a canvas.

Courses are offered in English and Norwegian language.
